Students will learn traditional planning frameworks and agile project management in order to sequence and prioritize activities, identify productivity gaps, and forecast risks. They will also acquire the analytical and practical tools to optimize available resources. Students will research and execute strategy projects by planning, monitoring and leading key activities on time and on budget. In addition to readings, discussions, and case studies on a variety of creative industry practices, students will develop key planning concepts that will support their individual or collective Capstone deliverables. Open to: Seniors in Strategic Design & Management; other students with permission of SDM Program Director Pre-requisites: Integrative Research & Development Methods, Strategic Management or the equivalent
