This course introduces students to contemporary theory and research on social development from childhood through adulthood. The course examines topics involving emotional, social, and moral development, with consideration given to the influences of social context, biology, and culture on the development of self. Prerequisite: One Lang fundamentals course or ULEC 2160 (Introduction to Psychology) with a grade of C, or higher. *This course is open to Lang Psychology majors and minors only.
