Food Studies in French is for students with at least an intermediate-high to advanced level of French, who wish to expand their language skills in relation to food studies throughout the Francophone world, including France, Canada, and the Caribbean. The graduate course offers a panoramic examination of food-related fields through the study of wide-range field and cultural frameworks accessed through case studies, literary, art, film and media genres.
