Shoe Construction 2 focuses on the advancement of technical skills and the progression of design development processes. Students will develop additional competency and capacity in the art and science of shoe making and enhance their point of view as a designer with a focus on shoe design. Students have the option to bench make (hand make) a shoe and establish a portfolio of shoe designs, which competently expands their design thinking and aesthetic, and the vocabulary of shoe construction.

Open to: University undergraduate degree students. Pre-requisite(s): PSOF 2000 Shoe Construction 1 or PUFD 3110 Shoe Construction or PAFS 1426 Shoe Design.
