Advanced Critical Computation Lab builds upon the principles and techniques taught in Critical Computation Lecture + Lab by focusing on a special topic in the history of code. Through a critical and technical perspective, the class will build complex, nuanced systems and explore thoughtful and community-centric applications of p5.js, HTML, and Javascript. By considering code as both a creative and critical medium with the potential for social change, students will further develop research, conceptualization, and technical skills through project-based learning and one-on-one mentoring.
